Site & ordering use

By placing an order or browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine — but please don't order. We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive behaviour towards staff or riders.

Orders & payment

Prices listed include GST. Final price is shown at checkout. Cards are charged when the kitchen accepts the order. Refunds are at our discretion and usually issued within 3 working days.

Delivery

We deliver inside each store's listed radius. ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order arrives more than 30 minutes late, we'll refund the delivery fee — just message us.

Catering

Catering bookings require a deposit. Cancellation terms are listed on the catering inquiry confirmation. Specific allergen guarantees are made in writing on a per-event basis.

Intellectual property

Slice Mate name, mascot, recipes, photography, and brand identity are ours. Don't use them on your own site or product without written permission. We're flattered, but no.

Liability

We do our best, but if you have a severe allergy please follow the guidance on the Nutrition page. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the value of the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are handled in NSW courts.
